Music has always been a part of my life. It's in my blood. Grandpa sang in a barbershop quartet and plays a mean guitar. Grandma sings, plays church organ, jazz piano and, by popular request, accordion. They worked to instill in their children and grandchildren the idea that music and family were synonymous. Pops was a popular wedding singer in the Duluth area in the 80s, and my aunt and uncle have been involved in numerous musical groups throughout the years. Now it’s my turn. I've sung my entire life, never in choirs, but always with gusto. I learned the piano early, and it opened doors to other instruments. I tried a number of them before finding my passion for the guitar. I've spent a dozen years learning popular songs of the last five decades and doing open mic nights and unofficial gigs at local watering holes. Since 2011 I have been performing in weddings; during ceremonies, cocktail hours, dinner, and even the first dance! Music has always been my passion, and I’m so grateful to be able to share my music with you.
